RRHOA Annual Assessment
The annual assessment for River Run HOA will be increasing to $220.00 and is due on January 1, 2026. The assessment is due January 1, 2026 and is considered late if the payment is not postmarked by the last day of February 2026 and a $35.00 late fee will be added to the account. Collection Fees are added to the account after April 15th and once the attorney starts working on the accounts attorney fees will be added to the account as well as court costs if it is necessary to file suit.
This is only the second increase in dues in the past 12 years. As you know cost of living has risen sharply over the past couple of years and those costs have been passed on to the association by our vendors.
Pay Your Assessment On Line
River Run HOA residents can now pay your assessment online through the owner portal. To activate your portal to be able to pay by ACH Bank Draft or by credit card go to RiverRunHOA.appfolio.com/connect or you can send an email to zach@eaglepropertysolutionsllc.com with your property address, your name email address along with your phone number and we will send you an invitation to activate your owner portal.
Pay with Your On-Line Banking
You can also pay your assessment using your banks online bill pay feature or by mailing a check, money order or cashiers check made payable to River Run HOA; P.O. Box 253; Camby, IN 46113-0253.
